Boy, 13, arrested after 15-year-old's stab death

A 13-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a boy aged 15 was stabbed to death at a shopping centre.
Isaac Brown died after he was attacked in New Square, West Bromwich, at about 21:25 BST on Sunday.
The boy, aged 13, is the second teenager detained in connection with the death after a 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of murder on Monday.
Both teenagers remain in custody while enquiries continue, West Midlands Police said.
In a tribute, the victim's family described him as "wonderful, loving, kind" and "always smiling."
