A coronavirus testing site and the recycling centre in Guernsey have been closed because of Storm Barra.
The Channel Islands are being hit by occasional gale force winds and gusts of up to 50mph (80km/h), forecasters said.
Coastal roads have seen overtopping, with vehicles getting splashed by waves.
Longue Hougue Waste and Recycling Centre was closed "due to the bad weather and high winds", Guernsey Waste said.
The harbour's East Arm coronavirus testing site for vehicle drivers was also shut on Tuesday, officials said.

A drop-in clinic in the harbour terminal building was made available for travellers instead of the East Arm site.
The terminal facility would be open again for Covid-19 testing on Wednesday morning, officials said.
Guernsey Waste said it hoped the recycling centre would reopen on Wednesday "but this is subject to the weather improving and so we will review in the morning".
Meanwhile, the GSPCA has warned the conditions have put "our animals and wildlife at risk".
It asked islanders "to please watch out for injured animals in need".
It added that anyone who kept animals outside should "ensure they have the shelter they require, as we have seen an increase in complaints and calls from concerned members of public".
