Winchester had been armed with knives as he stood guard while a group tried to burgle a nearby cannabis factory, West Midlands Police said.

The victim and his friend pulled up in a car, challenged and then chased after Winchester as he tried to flee on foot.

A brawl started and Mr Petmaj was fatally injured.

Winchester casually walked back to the car and fled, police said.
