Man arrested after girl sexually assaulted on bus

A man has been arrested in connection with the sexual assault of a teenager.
Police say a teenage girl was touched inappropriately while travelling on a bus in Bristol on 26 February.
A 61-year-old man was arrested on Thursday evening following a police appeal and remains in police custody.
Avon and Somerset Police said the victim and her family have been updated and enquiries continue.
The girl was travelling on the number 43 bus towards Cadbury Heath from Bristol city centre when she was touched inappropriately at approximately 19:40 GMT.
Earlier this week the force issued a CCTV image of a man they hoped the public could help to identify.
"We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal and contacted us with information," they said.
