Pedestrian dies after being hit by car

A woman has died after being hit by a car in Sheffield.
Police were called to reports a vehicle had struck a pedestrian on Donetsk Way, between Rylstone Grove and Stoneacre Avenue, shortly after 07:30 GMT on Thursday.
The woman was taken to hospital but later died, South Yorkshire Police said.
The force has appealed for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
