"It's about protecting what we have for future generations," says Eleanor Thatcher.

The Thatchers cider makers based at Myrtle Farm in Somerset worked with the Barn Owl Trust to build a "five-star hotel" for all sorts of wildlife, including birds, bats and reptiles.

Ms Thatcher explained the importance of conservation.
