BBC Weather Watchers have captured colourful autumn scenes across Scotland in the past few weeks.

This autumn's tree display was predicted to be even more vibrant this year due to the weather.

Very warm and sunny conditions over the summer resulted in trees producing more sugar in their leaves transforming them into brighter colours.
