Firefighters have tackled a blaze at a landscaping business on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.

Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service crews were called to Turney Landscapes, on Cranfield Road near Woburn Sands, in the early hours of the morning.

Anand Rai, the business's finance manager, told the BBC it received a call about midnight that the office and the yard had caught fire.

The fire service said two water canons and three pumps were used in order to extinguish the blaze. The cause of it is being investigated.

Mr Rai said: "We still don't know the cause of the fire. It's 09:00 and they've just about put the fire down now, so it took quite a lot of time.

"We don't know the extent of the damage.

"It will take some time to take the business into normality."
