A road is set to be closed for a few hours later while an Asian hornet nest is removed.
Sark Police said a team would be working on the island from 10:30 to 13:30 BST to remove the nest between the Cider Barn to St Peter's Church.
"Please support the removal team by keeping out of their way and giving them space to perform this taxing operation," a police spokesperson said on Facebook, external.
Asian hornets were first reported on the Channel Islands in 2016 and are an invasive species which damage biodiversity by feeding on native bees and wasps.
