Seven to appear in court over fatal crash

Six men and a woman are to appear in court over the death of a man who died when the car he was a passenger in overturned in a ditch full of water in Lincolnshire.
Father-of-three Sean Burlton, 28, died in the collision involving three vehicles on Counter Drain Drove, Tongue End in November 2023.
Two men are accused of manslaughter and causing death by dangerous driving, and all seven of those summoned to court are accused of conspiracy to commit actual bodily harm.
They are due to appear at Boston Magistrates' Court on 15 October.
The crash involved a grey Ford Focus, a black Vauxhall Insignia and a grey Volkswagen Touran.
Bailey Fitzgerald, 29, of Brownlow Crescent, Pinchbeck and Sam Johnson, 26, of Clough Road, Gosberton Risegate are accused of manslaughter, causing death by dangerous driving and conspiracy to commit actual bodily harm.
Sam Clift, 35, of Brownlow Crescent, Pinchbeck, Josh Copnell, 22, of Rose Lane, Pinchbeck, Max Prior, 21, of London Road, Spalding, Vanessa Gratton, 31, of West Parade, Spalding and Scott Biggs, 33, of Spalding Common, Spalding, are accused of conspiracy to commit actual bodily harm.
In a statement, his family previously said Mr Burlton had a brother and three sisters, including a twin, and they would "never forget him".
