A popular music festival will take a break and not be held next year, organisers have announced.
Brighten the Corners Festival in Ipswich celebrated its seventh year in June with 70 events taking place across seven venues.
In a statement on social media, external, organisers said this year's event was the "most successful yet" with thousands attending.
While they said they had lots of "exciting things" planned for 2026, they had made the "difficult decision" to give the festival a break and return in 2027.
"We are busy working away on some really exciting things for 2026, and next year will bring some of our biggest projects yet," the statement read.
"All will be revealed soon, so keep your eyes peeled.
"With this in mind, we have made the difficult decision that the festival should take a break in 2026 and return in 2027.
"As you can understand, this wasn't an easy choice, particularly after riding the post-festival high and with such positive feedback."
The festival will return in June 2027, and the organisers thanked those who had supported and attended the festival so far.
This year's event saw the likes of post-punk band Dry Cleaning headlining, while local Ipswich band Afterdrive also performed.
