They started as West End performers, went on to be Eurovision finalists, now Remember Monday are about to embark on their first major tour of the UK.
The all-female trio from Surrey and Hampshire said Eurovision had "completely changed" their lives but added they "haven't been able to watch it back".
Holly-Anne Hull, from Camberley, Charlotte Steele, from Farnham, and Lauren Byrne, from Fleet, all co-wrote What The Hell Just Happened? which they performed in the 69th annual contest in Switzerland in May finishing 19th in the final.
They said: "We feel that everything we have done since we have to thank Eurovision for."
Byrne told BBC Radio Surrey: "We have not actually had a chunk of time off to reflect on that crazy experience.
"Simultaneously it feels like it didn't happen and like it was yesterday."
At the contest in May, held in Basel in Switzerland, the band started strongly, receiving 88 points from the national juries, before getting nul points from the public vote and ending 19th out of 26 countries.
The trio were the UK's first girl group entrant since 1999, and fared slightly worse than Olly Alexander who came 18th in Malmo in 2024.
The band said: "People have been really supportive of us.
"We were worried that once Eurovision was over people would be like 'bye', but that has not happened.
"It has completely changed our lives, to be honest."

The group have been friends for 12 years after meeting at sixth-form college in Farnborough studying performing arts.
The band are embarking on a UK tour in October and November, taking in, amongst other places, Brighton, Cardiff, Belfast, Glasgow and London.
They said: "We're really looking forward to it. We thrive on the nerves.
"Eurovision was a huge show and we were a small part of it, but our headline tour is our own thing."
