Man charged after sudden death in caravan

A man has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm after another man was found dead in a caravan.
Stuart Burns, 52, was found by police responding to reports of a sudden death on Oakfield Lodge in Colne, Lancashire, at 19:12 GMT on Tuesday.
A 36-year-old man from Colne was arrested at the scene, Lancashire Police said.
A post-mortem examination showed Mr Burns had suffered serious injuries from an assault, but police said the injuries did not cause his death and they were continuing to investigate the circumstances.
The suspect was charged with with grievous bodily harm with intent and will appear before Blackburn Magistrates Court later.
Police are continuing to appeal for information.
