Pedestrian seriously injured in crash in Dorking

A man has been seriously injured in a crash in Dorking, police have said.
Surrey Police said they were called at about 22:40 GMT on Friday following a crash on the A24 northbound carriageway at its junction with the A25 Reigate Road.
The man was taken to hospital with serious injuries where he remains.
Officers said the driver of the car did not require medical attention.
The road was closed after the crash but has since reopened.
Police are looking to speak to anyone who has footage of the crash, or any witnesses.
