One hurt in knife incident and man arrested

One person has been taken to hospital after being injured in an alleged assault involving a knife in Birmingham.
Officers were called to Blenheim Way in Oscott shortly after 06:30 GMT after a report of a man with a knife, West Midlands Police said.
A man in his 20s was arrested and remains in custody, the force added.
The injuries the victim suffered were not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing. Police will remain at the scene on Saturday and motorists are being advised to avoid the area.
