Man charged over Portsmouth disorder

A man has been charged in connection with public disorder in Portsmouth.
The disorder took place on the M275 on 7 August, said Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary.
Daniel Gilbert Roney, 25, from Portsmouth, has been charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress and racially or religiously aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress.
He has been released on bail and will appear at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court on Monday.
