Five men charged with murder after stabbing

Five men have been charged with murder after a 22-year-old man was fatally stabbed in Walsall.

Mohammed Khan was injured on Bloxwich Road at about 17:15 GMT on Monday and died in hospital later that evening.

Zain Raja, 22, Asad Iftakhar, 27, Hassan Iftakhar 33, Amaan Khan 21 and Iftakhar Ahmed, 52, have been remanded in custody.

They are due to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court later, West Midlands Police confirmed.

The force also said a 21-year-old man arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender had been released on bail.

And a 38-year-old man, who was arrested on suspicion of murder, had also been bailed with strict conditions, it added.
