A motorcyclist has died in a crash involving a car in Surrey.

Emergency services were called to the scene in Ridgway Road, Farnham, just after 15:00 BST on Sunday.

A man in his 30s, who was riding the motorcycle, was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver of the car stopped at the scene and assisted officers with their inquiries, police said.

Anyone who witnessed the crash or who has dashcam footage that may have captured all or part of this incident is urged to contact the force.

Ridgway Road was closed between the junctions of Weydon Hill Road and Firgrove Hill until about 21:00.
