Two schools in Glasgow have told of their heartbreak after the deaths of two boys in a car crash on the M6.
Filip Rossa, 15, and his brother Dominic, seven were killed with father Jaroslaw Rossa, 42 and passenger Jade McEnroe, 33, in Cumbria last Tuesday.
Lochend Community High School said Filip was an "intelligent and caring", while Oakwood Primary School said Dominic was a "beautiful, curious wee boy".
The Toyota they were travelling in crashed with a Skoda driving the wrong way. Ms McEnroe's son Arran, seven, suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital.
The Glasgow schools paid tribute to the two boys who lost their lives.
Lochend headteacher Katy Anderson said Filip's death had left them in shock.
She said: “He was a well-loved and respected young person who has touched the lives of so many in our school community.
"Filip was particularly fond of his science subjects and aspired to go to university to study either architecture or science."
“Filip was always the first to help in a situation and it is now our turn to help and send our love to his family and friends at this heartbreaking time."
Oakwood primary headteacher Vanessa Thomson said Dominic "loved life and always had a smile on his face".
She added: “He had a magnetic personality and always had a story to tell everyone in school.
“Dominic loved art and storytelling, creating his own imaginative creative worlds.
“Our school community is heartbroken, and our thoughts and prayers are with Dominic’s family and friends – we cannot begin to image how they are dealing with the devastating news."
Tributes were earlier paid to Mr Rossa, a chef and Ms McEnroe, a spa therapist, by their employers.
Ms McEnroe's parents said their daughter was a "much-loved mummy" who will be missed everyday.
They were killed in the head-on crash on 15 October, after a Skoda was reported travelling south on the northbound carriageway of the M6.
The Skoda driver, a 40-year-old man from Cambridgeshire, also died in the crash.
