A person has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after reports of a stabbing.
Bedfordshire Police said officers were called to the Hockliffe Street and Lake Street area of Leighton Buzzard at about 01:50 BST.
Two people had been arrested, the town's community policing team said in a post on social media, external.
It urged anyone with information about the incident to get in touch.
