Woman, 86, airlifted to hospital after being hit by van

An 86-year-old woman was airlifted to hospital after being hit by a van in an Aberdeenshire town.
The accident happened in a car park near Fraserburgh's Albert Street at about midday on Thursday.
The woman was flown by air ambulance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
Police Scotland appealed for anyone who witnessed the crash or had dash-cam footage to contact them, external.
