Newquay main road section closed for four months

Part of a key road into Newquay has been closed until the end of January.
The A392 Trevemper Road is closed from the Treloggan Roundabout to the junction with the A3075.
Cornwall Council said contractor Cormac was carrying out road improvements linked to a new housing development at Trevithick Manor Farm.
Access was being maintained for residents, businesses and the emergency services, but there was no route through the works and a diversion route was in place, said the council.
The U1, U1A and U1E routes of First Bus were being diverted and would not serve stops on Treloggan Road and Trennick Hill, it added.
