Man charged over A road quadbike crash death

A 41-year-old man has been charged after a man was killed in a crash on the A465 in Caerphilly county.
Police officers were called to a stretch of road between Rhymney and Dowlais at about 04:50 BST on 31 May this year where they found a quadbike overturned.
Ethan Powell, 20, from Brynmawr, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Gwent Police said a man from Merthyr Tydfil has been charged with multiple offences including causing death by driving a vehicle.
The man has also been charged with driver unlicensed/uninsured, perverting the course of justice and failing to stop after a road accident.
He has been released on bail and is due to appear in court on 8 January.
Four men - aged 34, 37, 42, 45 from Merthyr Tydfil - and a 44-year-old man from Blaenau Gwent were previously arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice and assisting an offender.
They have now been released with no further action, the force said.
At the time of the incident, Ethan's family described him as the "funniest of characters" who "always managed to light up a room".
"Our family is truly heartbroken at the news, a young life taken far too soon with so much ahead of him," they said.
