A man is receiving treatment from ambulance staff following a fire at a commercial building in High Wycombe.

Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service said the blaze broke out on Monday morning at a single-storey unit on Rutland Avenue.

Seven fire crews from across the county are at the scene, as well as police and ambulance crews.

Drivers are being warned to avoid the area as road closures are in place, and residents are being advised to close their windows and doors.
