Manslaughter charge after man found dead

A man has been charged with manslaughter after a 58-year-old man was found dead by paramedics.
Nottinghamshire Police said officers were called to Newhaven Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse at about 18:20 BST on Sunday after paramedics discovered the body of Philip Stanley.
Jak Weisztort, 29, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with manslaughter on Friday, the force said.
Mr Weisztort, of Newcastle Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Mansfield Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
A 76-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender have been released on bail pending further inquiries, the force added.
In a statement, issued through the police, Mr Stanley's family said: "We are devastated by the loss of Phil.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their overwhelming support at this difficult time."
