Attempted murder charge after boy, 17, stabbed

A 17-year-old boy is in a critical condition after being stabbed in Leeds, police have said.
The teenager, who is being treated in hospital, was injured in an incident at a flat on Wesley Road in the Armley area of the city in the early hours of Sunday, the West Yorkshire force said.
Godfrey Bristol, of Shepherds Grove in Huddersfield, has been charged with attempted murder in connection with the attack.
The 29-year-old is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court later.
