Man arrested after town centre stabbing

An arrest has been made by police after a man was stabbed during a disturbance in a Stoke-on-Trent town.
Emergency crews were called to Parliament Row in Hanley, just after 11:20 BST, Staffordshire Police said.
The victim was taken to hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life threatening.
A 23-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent, possession of a knife, possession of heroin and possession with intent to supply cannabis, the force added.
