A 24-year-old man has been charged with violent disorder following clashes between police and protestors in Bristol.

Abdinasir Hussein, of Fishponds is the 37th person to be charged by Avon and Somerset Police and will appear at Bristol Magistrates' Court later.

A total of 50 people have been arrested following the unrest when hundreds of far right protestors and a counter group gathered near Castle Park on 3 August.

Seventeen people have already been sentenced.
