Conference aims to 'celebrate progress' on gender

Speakers from the UK and Jersey's local community are lined up for the Gender Equity Conference 2025 at the Royal Yacht Hotel.
The event, on 19 March, was aiming to foster discussions on workplace inclusivity, healthcare access and community leadership, said organisers.
Speakers are due to include Helen Tomlinson, the UK menopause employment champion, external, and Lee Chambers, a psychologist and inclusion advocate.
"Our goal is to create a platform where we can challenge biases, celebrate progress, and develop tangible solutions for gender equity across different sectors," said a spokesperson.
