Girl seriously hurt in M6 crash

A teenage girl has been taken to hospital after a multi-vehicle crash on the M6.
She was treated for serious injuries following the incident, according to police.
The crash happened at about 11:45 GMT on Thursday between junction 14 for Stafford and junction 13 for Acton Gate.
Authorities said there were severe delays of up to three hours for traffic heading southbound, and a queue of about nine miles.
