A teenage girl and a man in his 40s sustained injuries when they were shot with a suspected pellet gun at a County Down bowling club.
The attack happened at the club in Owenbeg Avenue, Downpatrick, last Saturday but police are appealing for information.
"The injuries were not life-threatening and enquiries are continuing to determine where exactly the shots were fired from," a detective inspector said.
Two men, aged 18 and 22, were arrested after the attack but have since been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
They were questioned on suspicion of a number of offences including possession of a firearm in suspicious circumstances.
