CCTV images were released by Norfolk Police on Wednesday, showing Anthony Hill at a Co-op store on Sprowston Road at about 09:58 on Monday

Norfolk Police urged people who were in the area on Monday to check their dashcam footage and asked residents to check doorbell footage.

Officers believe that one of the routes Mr Hill may have taken is from Plumstead Road, Sprowston Road, along Gilman Road and to Mousehold Heath.

On Facebook, Mrs Hill said: "I also want to reiterate how heart warming it is and how much I appreciate to see the community come together to search for someone they don't know."

Mr Hill is white, 5ft 7in tall (1.70m), of slim build and with short brown hair. He is wearing wearing brown chino trousers and a checked shirt, and carrying a yellow rucksack.

He previously worked with money-saving expert Martin Lewis, who described him as "a lovely human being".

Insp Adam Binns, of Norfolk Police, said: "I know this has been incredibly distressing for Anthony's family and we remain in close contact with them, keeping them updated of the ongoing work in this case.

"Our search efforts continue around Mousehold Heath and specially trained search officers will continue to search the woodland.

"This is likely to go on for the rest of today and into tomorrow."

Officers will be conducting house to house inquiries and will continue to collect CCTV footage from businesses and homes.
