Comedian Paddy McGuinness has shared the physical impact of his Children in Need challenge while taking a pit stop by the sea.
The former Top Gear and Question of Sport presenter is attempting to cycle from Wrexham to Glasgow over five days, covering a grand total of 300 miles, on a customised chopper bike.
Speaking to BBC North West Tonight while taking a break in Blackpool, Lancashire, on day two, he said it had not been easy for him so far.
"I'm nursing a blister on my right buttock cheek," he said.
