Firefighters are dealing with a blaze in the centre of Kettering.

Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service said six fire engines including an aerial appliance were at the scene in Dalkeith Place, on Friday evening.

It warned people and businesses in the area to close their doors and windows while police and the East Midlands Ambulance Service also responded.

Stagecoach Midlands said no buses were able to serve the interchange at Horsemarket or Newland Street as the road was closed.
