Multiple fire crews tackle car blaze near airport

Essex Fire and Rescue Service was at the scene on the M11 near Stansted Airport after a car caught on fire

Traffic was held on a busy road near an airport due to a car fire.
M11 northbound traffic was stopped between junction eight for Stansted Airport and junction nine for Great Chesterford in Essex at about 15:30 GMT.
National Highways said Essex Fire and Rescue Service was at the scene and traffic camera images showed at least three crews dealing with the fire.
The highways agency warned to "expect delays" before the road reopened at 16:30.
