Thousands of fans have joined players, staff and coaches at Hull Kingston Rovers to celebrate the club's historic Challenge Cup win.
A special bus parade started at Craven Park before it made its way through east Hull to Queen Victoria Square in the city centre.
The Challenge Cup win marked the first time the Robins had secured the famous trophy since 1980.

Fans had lined the streets around East Hull after the bus parade made its way from Craven Park to Queen Victoria Square

Fans gathered at Craven Park to wave their heroes off on their victory parade

The bus then made its way through the streets of east Hull with people waving and cheering from the pavement

Some of the fans had queued for more than three hours to catch a glimpse of their heroes when they arrived at Queen Victoria Square

The forecast bad weather did not come to pass and the fans enjoyed their celebrations in some late evening sunshine

There were a few nervous faces as Elliot Minchella climbed over a balcony safety railing to give the fans a better view of the trophy

The cleanup operation started as soon as the players finished their interviews on the balcony and disappeared from sight

The players, who secured the Robins' first major trophy for over 40 years, said the moment would stay with them for the rest of their lives
