The attack had been reported to take place in the grounds of St Mary's Church in Banbury

An investigation into a reported rape by a group of men in a churchyard has closed after police found "no evidence" that the offence took place.
Thames Valley Police (TVP) said the alleged incident, involving the attack of a woman in her 30s in the grounds of St Mary's Church in Banbury during the early hours of Sunday morning, had been reported by a third party.
But the force has now said it is "not currently seeking anyone", after it had found no evidence the reported offence had taken place.
The alleged victim of the original report continues to be supported by police, the force added.
On Sunday TVP had launched a public appeal for witnesses and later, following online speculation, issued clarification that the incident was not linked to migrant accommodation.
