Four wildfires broke out on the same day across Wales

Firefighters tackled four separate wild fires across Wales in one day, including one believed to have been started deliberately.
Crews in north, mid and south Wales fought gorse fires on the Llyn Peninsula, Gwynedd coast, Ceredigion and on Gower.
The largest of the fires near Llanddewi Brefi, Ceredigion, covered an area of approximately 1,000 hectares which was tackled on 12 fronts.
A Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue crew from Tregaron was called just before midnight on Thursday.

Firefighters had to use a drone because the majority of the area affected was inaccessible, but judged the fire did not pose an immediate risk to forestry.
South Wales fire service also tackled a gorse fire near Reynoldston, Swansea, on Thursday night which, it believed, was arson.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service tackled two separate fires in Gwynedd, including an ongoing large gorse fire near Abersoch.

Four crews and a wildfire unit were called to Llanbedrog just after 21:00 GMT on Thursday and returned on Friday.
Firefighters also dealt with a wildfire at Llwyngwril, near Fairbourne, on Thursday evening across a 20m front.
