Third 'beer keg push' ultra marathon gets under way

Mr Holliday said this year's "epic" will be his hardest keg-pushing challenge to date

A pub landlord is walking around the streets of a city for up to 12 hours a day pushing a 75kg (165lbs) keg of beer - to raise awareness of testicular cancer.
David Holliday, who runs the Norfolk Brew House near Fakenham, will repeat the ultra marathon distance of 50km (31 miles) in Norwich every day for a week.
It's the third year Mr Holliday has taken on the challenge, and this year's beer push is dedicated to the memory of Fred Riseborough from Norwich, who died from testicular cancer at the age of 23.
"I really love doing it - raising awareness - and it really makes a difference in stopping young men dying," he said.
Mr Holliday told BBC Radio Norfolk: "Behind all of the fun there's a serious message we don't want any more Norfolk men becoming like Fred.
"We don't want any more parents like the parents of Fred, Jo and Steve, who lose their son when they don't have too".

David's route starts outside the Bull in Hellesdon and finishes at The Forum in Norwich
Mr Holliday will push the barrel 350km (210 miles) between 1 and 7 October.
He has already raised almost £55,000 for It's On The Ball, external - 88% of his £60,000 target.
He said: "Just walking 50km a day is hard.
"Add to that 75kg and some of the hills around Norwich, because Norwich is actually one of the hilliest cities in the country."
It's On The Ball, the testicular cancer charity, said the condition is the most common cancer in men aged 15 to 35 and that it is more than 96% curable, especially if it is treated in its early stages.
The charity said donations would go to supporting testicular cancer patients by providing support packs, grants and delivering awareness talks in schools, colleges, businesses and organisations around East Anglia.
Mr Holliday is expecting to finish the challenge outside The Forum in Norwich on the afternoon of 7 October.
