A teenager is in a life-threatening condition in hospital after a two-vehicle crash on Friday.
Dorset Police said officers were called to the A35 in Dorchester, at the junction with the A352, at 20:05 BST.
The collision involved a grey Hyundai i10 and a grey Mercedes Benz, in which the injured teenager was an occupant.
The force said the driver of the Hyundai, as well as two other people in the Mercedes, were also in hospital with serious injuries.
Police appealed for any witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to contact the force.
