The States will consider new legislation in September

Guernsey's education committee will back plans to introduce a board responsible for the oversight of schools in the island.
The idea for boards of governors was introduced by the last States.
Education, Sport and Culture (ESC) said the boards would give States schools and The Guernsey Institute "more autonomy".
Deputy Paul Montague, president of ESC, said the committee was "determined to put communities at the heart of education".
Montague added the plan would ensure schools and headteachers were "well-supported...and accountable".
He said he wanted to make sure each board of governors would "make a positive contribution to the lives of the children, young people and adult learners they support".
A spokesperson for ESC said they also wanted to explore ways to strengthen ties between schools and douzaines.
The States will consider new legislation in September to formally introduce the boards, ESC added.
