The M3 has reopened after a crash involving a lorry caused disruption for drivers.

The motorway was closed from junction 9 for the A34 Winnal roundabout, Winchester North, on Monday morning.

National Highways said the lorry had been recovered and repairs had been carried out to a concrete barrier. Police said no injuries had been reported.

There is still congestion between junction 9 and junction 12 caused by a broken down vehicle. Drivers have been urged to allow extra time for their journey.
