A Britain's Got Talent finalist has been named as one of the entertainers for a Lancashire town's Christmas lights switch-on celebrations.
Comedian and juggler Steve Royle, a finalist in the 2020 competition, will perform at the event in Darwen on 15 November.
Former lead vocalist for N-Trance and Heart of Gold singer, Kelly Llorenna, is also set to perform, alongside Darwen School of Music's Begin2Sing group and Darwen Brass Band.
Blackburn with Darwen Council deputy leader Quesir Mahmood said the event, which will take place in the town's market and Market Square, had attracted record crowds in recent years.
"A huge amount of work goes into organising this incredibly popular event and it's fantastic to once again announce such a packed programme," he said.
Festivities will kick off in the town's Market Square from 10:00 GMT, with market and food stalls and fairground rides also on offer.
The event is jointly funded by Blackburn with Darwen Council and Darwen Town Council.
Events organiser Laura Johnson said: "We pour our hearts into planning this celebration and, this year, we're proud to bring more than nine hours of festive entertainment for all ages."
