Two people have been arrested after a car crashed into a house in Worcestershire.

Emergency services were called to Berrington near Tenbury Wells at about 00:40 BST on Wednesday.

The car was embedded in the property, said firefighters, who rescued the occupants of the house, as they were trapped upstairs due to damage to a staircase.

Thankfully nobody was hurt, said police, but a woman, 25, and man, 32, were arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
