Arrests after teen stabbed during confrontation

A 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy have been arrested after a teenager was stabbed.
West Mercia Police said it happened during disorder between two groups on Bridge Road in Wellington, Telford, Shropshire, at about 19:25 GMT.
The 16-year-old victim remained in a stable condition in hospital, the force said.
The man and boy were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and remain in custody.
Det Insp Kevin Jones said it appeared to have been "an isolated incident and there is no further threat to the public".
