Inflatable monsters take over town's rooftops
- Published
Giant, glowing monsters have taken up residence on the roofs of five buildings in a town centre to form a trail.
The quirky inflatable beasts have been placed peeking over buildings across Slough.
The comical creatures are perched on the top of The Porter Building, The Future Works, Queensmere Observatory Shopping Centre, Aston Bond and The Brickhouse.
Each monster has a QR code that gives access to a map to follow the trail, which will be in place until 21 August.
Created from parachute material the inflatable monsters are held in place on the rooftops by 180 sandbags.
The free trail has been put on by Slough Town Centre Business Improvement District (Slough BID).
It takes about five minutes to walk between the location of each monster.
The inflatables are the work of Bristol-based Designs In Air, which has worked with the London 2012 Paralympics and Glastonbury.
