Man charged with sex offences over three decades

A man from St Leonards has been charged with serious sexual offences spanning three decades against women, girls and boys.
Steven Lock, 56, of Willingdon Way, has been charged with nine counts of rape, five counts of indecent assault and three counts of causing unnecessary suffering to a child.
Sussex Police said the offences took place in the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s and involved two women, two boys and two girls, who were all known to Mr Lock.
He has been bailed ahead of an appearance at Hastings Magistrates' Court on 10 July.
