A Guernsey hospice has produced a guide to organising documents for loved ones.

Les Bourgs Hospice said over a lifetime people can collect "reams of documentation".

The Ducks in a Row booklet is aimed at sorting out all the "paperwork, digital records and final wishes".

Free copies can be collected from the hospice charity shop, Guille Alles Library and a number of other outlets including some doctors' surgeries.

A full list of outlets is available on the website, external.
