Four arrests after toddler 'falls from window'

Four people have been arrested and a three-year-old boy remains in a serious condition in hospital after reportedly falling from a window.
Hampshire Police were called at 18:35 BST on Wednesday after receiving a report raising concerns over the welfare of a child at an address on South Front, Southampton.
Two women, aged 26 and 45, and two men, aged 29 and 45, all from Southampton, were arrested on suspicion of child cruelty offences and remain in police custody.
Officers are at the scene carrying out enquiries and have appealed for information.
The four adults were arrested on suspicion of assault, ill-treatment, neglect or abandonment of a child to cause unnecessary suffering or injury.
