Prison officer pleads not guilty to sex offence

A Guernsey prison officer has pleaded not guilty to exposing himself to a woman.

Jason Francis Tardif, 53, from St Sampson's, appeared in Guernsey's Magistrate's Court.

He was charged with intentionally exposing his genitals with the intention another person would see them and cause alarm or distress after the incident on 28 June.

Mr Tardif was bailed to appear in court again in early 2025.
